54 children from foster families will receive better grades at school with the video tutorials on Ucha.se

Boys and girls from 1st to 12th grade, placed in foster families, will be able to significantly improve their performance in school, thanks to the video lessons and exercises website Ucha.se. One of the most difficult moments for each student in the school is to fully understand the taught lesson. It is known that children in foster care come from social institutions or environment, where they have been neglected and ignored. For them, school adaptation is a much longer process that requires more individual approach, as well as investment in the creation of skills to learn and remember, and to affirm their knowledge.

Two graduates, five tenth-graders, seven seventh-graders and numerous first-graders from foster families across the country are just a part of the children who will use the educational website. This happens thanks to the noble gesture of the internet portal Ucha.se and of one of its founders Darin Madzharov. Thus NFCA has the opportunity to fulfill its commitment to support students in foster care, by providing them access to knowledge and information, inaccessible by them.

"I believe one gets in life what he deserves. If people develop themselves, study, endeavor, they receive a better chance to succeed and live a happy life. If they shirk and pass unnoticed, nothing good is ahead of them. I know that our society is indebted to the children deprived of parental care. Foster care is one way to fix the bad start in life for children. Therefore, we are here to help", said Darin Madzharov.

"Investing in education is very important because we know that education is one of the ways to deal with the difficulties in life and succeed as a person. Special thanks to Darin and his team, who are already a part of our friends, who along with us invest in the education of vulnerable children", said Miroslav Dolapchiev, President of the National Foster Care Association.

The lessons on Ucha.se are developed in an innovative way. They combine understandable language for children with an approach that holds their interest. The confidence of each student can be affirmed with a check. Here comes the role of the exercises after the video lessons that give orientation to students how they have managed with learning. Ucha.se exercises are interesting, non time-consuming and give clear indications of knowledge. The most valuable part is that if there are gaps, students return to the place of the video lesson, which will explain everything that is not understood.
