A Future Sea Captain Will Represent the Youths in Foster Families
Hristo Naydenov (19) from Varna will be responsible for the youth group of the National Foster Care Association. He is learning to become a captain in the Technical University in Varna. He was born in the Naydenov foster family from Varna. He and his sister Vanya (16) have watched several children grown up in the last nine years. Hristo will be participating actively in the life of the association, which protects the rights of foster children and their parents. He will be the face of the youths and represent their point of view on the development of foster care.
„I’m ready to help anytime and with whatever I can. My wish to help comes from my family, it is part of our values. I am convinced that helping a child who needs you is something great! Children are the most pure creatures in the world. It’s a great feeling to watch your child make its first steps. I compare it to a bird spreading its wings to make the first attempt to fly. I believe that there is no need for a thousand words when you have a child’s smile before you.” Hristo shares.
