National Foster Care Association is a Bulgarian NGO, established by foster parents in the country. Our organization brings together foster parents, NGOs and our partners to reduce the number of abandoned children, as well as to provide a real childhood for children at risk of neglect or for those living in children's institutions.
The National Association of Foster Care has nearly 800 foster parents across the country.
