Chairman
Miroslav Dolapchiev is Chairman of the National Foster Care Association since June, 2012. He and his wife Doynitsa are voluntary foster parents. Miroslav Dolapchiev was born in 1979 in Sliven. He is an economist. He manages a group of companies, including "Alokor" Ltd., which deals with the automation systems in large buildings.

Maria Blagoeva leavs a highly paid job as a mechanical engineer to become a foster parent. "Becoming a foster parent is much more noble than to adopt. Because if the adoption ultimately decide a problem of family - childlessness example, foster care is entirely based on the idea of helping the child."

Mr. Alexander Milanov is Executive Director of NFCA. He is responsible for development of policies, programs and projects aimed at advocacy for foster care. Alexander Milanov is a clinical social worker until February 2018 management of the Center for non-medical care of Acibadem City Clinic Hospital. He has experience in managing various advocacy projects and marketing of social causes. He worked as a marketing manager at a large childrens NGO is consulted and UNICEF. Five years is an expert in public relations in the Bulgarian Industrial Association. From 2010 he supports National Association for foster care. He has interests in human resources and talent management, social PR and marketing. Mr Milanov member of the Society of public relations practitioners with the Union of Bulgarian Journalists (UBJ).
